Virgin's Bower

Linda's voice:

The vine and flower of the wild clematis in its late summer finery is referred to as “virgin’s bower”. A bower in medieval times was a woman’s private chamber, a retreat from the world where admittance was by invitation only. These clusters of soft, curling tendrils surrounding a crimson center feel like an intimate glimpse into that very private place.
